Unprofessional and beyond rude staff.
I called to negotiate payment arrangements and was told I had to pay it all or start packing my things and get out of their house. The lady was extremely rude and told me she didn't care about my family and my problems.
She asked if I wanted the house. I responded affirmatively and she said then I'll have to pay for it.
She affirmed that I was approved with my income and can afford it and that I simply don't want to pay. She also mentioned that there is no room for negotiation and I'll either pay what she demands or vacate the premises.

Rude and disrespectful
I have had a mortgage with this company for about seven to eight months. My loan was bought out by them from another company without my knowledge.
Every interaction I've had over the phone with them, besides with my loan advisor, Jordan, has been incredibly disrespectful. All the staff wants to do is berate you and talk down to you. If you're a day late with payment, they harass you and make you feel like *** of the earth because you didn't pay on the 1st. I just called today to make my payment, and the person named Zach only wanted to argue and talk down to me instead of just taking my payment.
Then, he proceeded to pass the call to his supervisor who did the same thing before he passed me back to Zach to process my payment. I absolutely wish I had never bought this house.

If you want to sell your mobile home through them it's a nightmare!
It's not considered a home; it's real property. You have to cancel the title, and in order to do that, you have to get 21st to sign off. They do not want to do that, so it takes time to sell and get it straightened out.

Disrespectful
Buying our home was easy. If your one day late they call you non stop constantly all day.
Sometimes 5-7 times a day. The try and make you feel stupid when you have done your research. If you get laid off from your job they talk to you like your stupid as can be. They threaten harass and undermine every individual they speak to.
They think they're the best company and that they're God.
And my opinion they're trash. Our home is literally falling apart and it's less than 2 years old.

Unprofessional & Incompetent
I was told twice before applying that loan officers consider both net and gross income for self-employed contractors. I explained upfront to the woman that my gross income is approximately $58,000 per year, and that I was making a $15,000 down payment but would be open to more if needed (only taking a $55,000 loan with the down payment).
After providing tax returns and sufficient proof of income, I received a denial letter stating my income was insufficient. I called and spoke with a woman and explained the situation. I also am on the deed of the land valued at almost $1 million where the unit will be placed. So with $1 million worth of land, nearly $58,000 in annual gross income, yet I could not qualify for a $55,000 loan.
The woman ended up hanging up on me while I was advising her of this. I have decided to pay for the unit in cash just so I don't have to deal with such an unprofessional and rude company.

Rude and dishonest
21st Mortgage is the rudest company I have ever had to deal with. They are uncaring about their customers.
Heaven forbid you don't get your payment to them as soon as it's due. Then they proceed to not honor any payment arrangements. The lack of communication between the "supervisors" and the account managers is horrible. The supervisor Eric needs to learn some people and customer service skills.
Honestly, everyone of them needs a course on how to talk to their customers. I am so unsatisfied with this company I wish I could give them zero stars.

They are extremely rude and dishonest. My representative Thomas and his supervisor and I were speaking on the phone and after paying $800.00 I made arrangements to pay off the rest by the end of the month.
I just received a call from Thomas and his supervisor Austin and I was told that I need to make a payment in 4 days.
They are not honoring the arrangement that we had. If you can go.with another company please do.toto

Worst Company Ever
Do not use this company. They harass you and will refuse payments if they are 1 day past the month its due.
Who does that. Customer service is horrible and they have multiple people contacting you at one. Ridiculous and rude employees who ask lots of personal questions if your payment is late to see why you didnt pay. Wish I could get rid of this horrible company.
My best advise would be to find another mortgage company. This one is easy to finance with and now we can see why.

Bad Customer Service
This mortgage company is one of the most rudest and disrespectful company I have ever experienced. If I'm late they will chew you out disrespectfully and make you feel real small.
Then I received a call from them and I didn't return the call but man they wanted why I didn't call them back and they kept stating that I hung up on them and stop coming up with excuses.
What in the world!!! These people are so unprofessional.

The Customer Service Is Terrible
This company is filled with incompetent workers who live to make you miserable. They treat you like crap always rude when you call them and they act as if life doesnt happen to the averag day person.
My husband has a brain injury and we got one month behind. When I went to make up the missed payment they refuse to accept unless I pay for the month we are in and its not late yet! This is not the first issue with them. They wont even charge a due date unless you pay them for the change.
Never buy a home from them. They are the worst!

Damage to property
My daughter had a home on my property. There was a big front porch at the front door and a large deck on the back of the home, which both belonged to me.
She was transferred out of state, and she let the home go , I was nice enough to assist the movers as best as possible with allowing them acces to my property which i live on. Whoever moved the home cut the legs to the porch without so much as a word to me. In no way was i asked if my property could be damaged. It is bad enough they left a huge mess ,they just cut the tie downs and left them ,they left boards all broken from my back deck scattered everywhere, plastic everywhere, wiring, concrete blocks.
I understand my daughter Let the home go, but there is still such a thing as respect or common courtesy. I wasnt going to say anything about anything until i realized they DELIBERATELY damaged my property. i am sure it could be a battle, but i dont care, it is the blatent disrespect.
For one that was NOT my home that was taken, for two this IS my land that i was nice enough to not cause any problems by allowing people on it, AND that front porch and back deck belong to me. Even if it didnt ,does your company make a habit out of damaging peoples property.

O how I wish I could give a zero rating! This company has to have the most horrible service I have ever encountered!!!
They amount of rude and disrespect they emote whenever you have to speak with them. 11 more months and I am done with them!!!

i agree they are completely rude and evil to their customers! i’ve been having financial difficulties this year due to my boyfriend having health issues and the supervisor melissa said then if you can’t make your payments on time then you can’t afford your home, he was working but drs had him off due to his health issues and if he would of worked he could of made everything worse and have his leg amputated!
but i kept telling them everything and that they don’t honor what their website says that if your having financial difficulties to call in and they will work out a arrangement! NOPE they demand the payment right away and when you do communicate with them they send out a demand for the property! i HATE this company and wish my previous mortgage company didn’t go out of business they were a lot more helpful and understanding then this AWFUL company!
just like i told another supervisor Jacob that i would have another payment in the 26th of this month and this evil financial counselor Kristina Boyle starts blowing up my email and voicemail! i would NEVER recommend this company to anyone
